Your not able to speak to anyone about charges taken from you at anytime so charges taken from your bank account are unverified and definitely overcharging your card. I agreed to 15.00 not 63.00 and there's nothing you as a customer can do about it. Very unfair and not able to speak to a human about your issues.

Terrible customer service

I keep getting billed, twice now when I thought it was already canceled. The last box I received was almost a week late, and missing two items, with brown packing paper as wrapping.

Within the hour that I cancelled, guess what? You billed me again. And your whole approach to customer service makes it almost impossible to contact an actual human being to get the refund I absolutely deserve. I did not ask for, or want this anymore.

Your Auto pay took it last month after I thought I had officially cancelled, it took forever to get here, the package looked cheap and beat up, and it wasnt even all there. I cancelled, again, and almost immediately got charged for this month.

Incorrect billing

I had paused my membership and I was under the impression it would stay paused until I turned it back on like it had said when I went to pause it and it charged me for December and wont let me send it back when it is still being processed. I did not unpause my membership so I expect a send back and a refund.
