Ipsy in Toronto, Ontario - Frankly...not worth it

As a Canadian the price of the monthly ipsy bag runs close to 20 bucks. Despite efforts to update my profile regularly my requests went largely ignored. I suspect they randomly unload " junk " items regardless of your personal profile. Bonus items i redeemed with points never arrived. Customer service is perfunctory at best. . They make it difficult to cancel the service... I have no respect for a company that does not respect their customers.

Been a member for a while. Products are ok but accumulate fast. Tried to cancel,,,OMG,,,After several tries and considerable time on my laptop. still not cancelled. Finally found land line 1-888-769-4526 not in working order. Followed instructions to cancel. Pop up just cancel for a month so on. Does anyone know how to cancel their subscription. I am ready to cry, I am so upset.

Call bank and / or credit card company. Explain as in the the situation.

Have them stop payments to the company.

The shipments will stop. If they arent getting paid.

Ipsy - Always sending incorrect product when purchase deals from the day

I purchased a Kiss Ceramic curler on 3/2, Saturday I received the box from IPSY and it was a box of facial masks. I sent an email to ipsy customer service advising that I did not order that face masks and I advised what I ordered, Their response very disheartening was Sorry for shipping the wrong product, cant send out the correct item but we will send you a refund. UMM I'm sorry why cant you send me the product I paid for and ordered? Their response the order is out of stock, so basically you take peoples money say you have the item in stock, don't have it and ship something else. I'm done with IPSY.
