User's recommendation: I am not receiving the correct makeup, etc for my mature age and skin type. I have tried to cancel repeatedly without any response whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from Epsy. I sure wish I had read the reviews.

IPSY will not allow you to cancel your subscription. They continue to take out fee for monthly package even though you have made several requests to stop shipments and stop payments. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one issued in order to stop IPSY from continuing with their monthly practice of debiting my account although I had asked for months to stop the service.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

No one answers the phone. The leave a voice mail that states you can only reach them my email. I have been trying to cancel for over six months. They keep sending it to my niece. Next I will contact an attorney. I am very disappointed.

I received my order when they had a Mega Drop sale in July and three glass candles were damaged and one eyeshadow palette. The box wasn't even marked fragile so I'm guessing the box got thrown around a lot during the delivery process! Cannot find a real person to speak too because all they have is AI Chat bot that doesn't understand! $75 in damaged goods and I want my money back!!!

You took $64 dollars out of my account with out my permission and I have been trying to put a stop to Ipsy taking any more money and have requested a couple times for this to be cancelled but your company still is taking money.
