Can't access/remember account/password

Charge me for shipments never ordered

Ipsy sends me multiple shipments from their 2 offices and the number I tried to reach for customer service is not a working number. Total scam. And now I have to write a hundred symbols in order to register this complaint.

Had canceled membership but was still charged

I was charged another month of membership even when I cancelled my account. Very furious! The company says they dont give refunds but getting wrongfully charged is not what I signed up for through ipsy. Not happy at all.

User's recommendation: MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP ALL THE WAY BEFORE LEAVING THE SITE.

Billing issue

I still haven't heard back on my overcharge, and I still haven't received Nov glam bags. Seeing, I have been charged for 3 glam bags and one refreshment. I am a senior and live on a fixed income, I don't appreciate being charged for things I have not ordered, and I really don't appreciate being ignored and not receiving my refund in full. It's been over 2 weeks, it sure didn't take you long to grab my money.

Help!

I have been getting my Ipsy bags for 2 almost 3 years now. My bags are getting more and more disappointing. This months bag was so disappointing, I almost tossed it in the trash. Im giving one more month for my bags to improve before I cancel my subscription and going with boxy charm. Please get it together!

Unhappy customer

So when I first ordered Ipsy, I was very happy and pleased, each month was a new surprise. This is 3 years later. My bags have gotten more and more disappointing. This month I have an item I got to pick makeup remover.. the bottle is 0.25 fluid ounces you have got to be kidding me. Thats one time use. My eye liner 0.025oz/0.7g Im very disappointed. After 3 years, you would think they show more dedication to their loyal customers. Im giving them one more month. If its not better next month I will be canceling my subscription and trying boxy charm.

I canceled my subscription six months ago and they have still been charging my PayPal account twice every month! There is no way to get a hold of anybody the phone number has been disconnected Im thinking small claims court is in the works!

IPSY is very dishonest company I had request stop payment and suspended may account and they are still charging my account since SEP-OCT-NOV do right thing return my money back to my account I had contacte them via emails and chat lines about my concerns and requested stop payment. sonia hidalgo

I have been charged for two bags now that I never received but says delivered and now my card has been charged $100 for friends gift cards that I never authorized and there is no one to talk to about the issue and getting it resolved since there is no *** phone line and your customer service care is a *** robot

Pissed off

I have now paid for 2 monthly bags that I never received but says delivered and no one from there online customer service (since there is absolutely no phone line) has ever gotten back to my multiple inquiries! And now I had friend gift cards to send out that were free from acquired points my account was charged for each one and again no one to speak to to handle this issue! Im *** heated!
