I've been tracking my oct glam bag plus and it says it's been out for delivery for two weeks now. Now it's time for November and I still haven't got my oct box. Starting to get real aggravated. I need my box or my money back!

I am trying to cancel my membership and you can't do it just through the website they have to send you an email and you have to cancel their as well. The email link does not work, so therefore i can't cancel the membership. There is no number to call and no way to email them. This is a *** system they have.

My name is Tina heard and y'all took money out of my account on October 1st 2019 I have not received the glam bag now y'all tell me my information is not up to date it was up to date when you took them $12.00 now there a problem I have the information that you sent after you took my money I am going to report talk and then you don't have a number to call your company this is real funny don't take any more money out of my accounts this is so sad.

How did you "cancel" the account ? Please don't tell me you called or e-mailed ; both are invalid.

You must cancel anything and everything in writing served via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested. Then you must command your financial provider to accept no further charges from this supplier. Did the cardholder sign up for a contracted period of time (i.e. 1-year) ?

You may have to pay. If he has a card in his name, it's his card.

Your statements about his mental fitness are irrelevant if no other arrangements have been made to control his spending (i.e. P.O.A.)
