Stop taking money from me I have talked to you SEVERAL TIMES you keep saying I have no account or memberships YET I still get stupid refreshments stop taking my money figure it out and fix it NOW. Yall do it every month like clock work and I text EVERY MONTH you keep saying I have no accounts or memberships so get ready for a lawsuit. I talked to you people and you said it was fixed and there would be a refund and everything you lied.

Hola, ordene el primer paquete clam bag. No se que paso pero me llego el icon bag. Me facturaron los dos paquetes y me llego el grande. Mi cuenta no me da la opcion de eliminar el paquete grande y que me llegue el pequeño. Ese fue el que ordene.

I want to cancel

I called the customer service line and hopes to talk to someone about canceling my membership. Only to find out that you have to go online. Which I did got my code on my email account, and nothing helps. I just want to cancel this membership.

Poor refund and customer service

I was charged for 10 MONTHS of boxes including luxe with out receiving any product I call and they tell me there is basically nothing they can do about it but here is a free box replacement for august. I didnt want the box I canceled the subscription I wanted to be reimbursed for the money they took from me and I had receipts and tracking showing I received absolutely nothing! Very disappointed for a company that makes millions of dollars a year for them to screw me for a few hundred dollars.

I spend money and I expect my packages, but it's OK because I'm going to stop my subscription I waited for a very long time and I keep trying to get a hold of you guys and this is just ridiculous, so I don't know what to do. I don't know who to contact because you guys do not care, but you do care about taking people's money, so whoever wants to go through boxy charm ipsy whatever I suggest you don't do it. You'll be wasting your money because you won't get your packages.

I need help and can not get it

Im am super frustrated that I can not get help with my issue. When I opened my account I used my work email address, I have not worked there in years and do not know what the email address is, my Ipsy, that I pay for every single month is being sent to my ex husbands house and I would like to change that or cancel.
