Want to cancel and return gift box
My wife patsy hopkins advised she had stopped any more shipments and I see I have another one on the way. I would like to return the box unopened and please do not send anymore.

The candle was broken, and liquids leaked all over the entire order (large). I was not satisfied with the order and will be canceling the subscription.

A customer service number would help so talking to a real person was an option
There are those of us that arent totally comfortable with technology
I just needed someone to tell me that each membership needs a different email

My checking account was billed twice last month, and I don't like any of the products you have sent me. They are definitely way overpriced if you bill twice. I've been trying to cancel this for 2 months!

i have the glam order which i no longer want from the company but however i can not reset my password due me not remembering my password , i think it should be other options such as a phone number for contact except complaints third party another reason i don't care for company or products Also they overcharged me twice and with no one to chat with is dumb...

I ordered a subscription as a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas. I received a confirmation email and my bank account has been charged.
I have not received the package. I have reached out to them via their website trying to confirm I was unable to do so using their AI chatbot. I then reached out through social media and did receive an email. I responded to the email with all the specific information trying to track the package, received nothing back.
I have emailed numerous time and I have tried their website numerous times only to get nowhere. There is no phone number to reach out for customer service, so basically customer service is nonexistent!
