I never authorized a yearly subscription! They charged me for it tho! There is not anyway to contact these people to get any questions answered.

For some reason there is a $140 charge on my account when that has NEVER bee authorized!!! I think its funny that there is NO number to contact anyone through &; I will be done with this company as of now

Charged after cancelled subscription

This Ipsy crap is a waste of time. They steal your cash too. In October 2020 I cancelled my subscription due to me moving to a different state. I had received an email after that saying I was unsubscribed but now its December and I was charged ? I was my money back.

My daughter has an account which is billed to my credit card. Since she is no longer with me at my address, I want to cancel the subscription but cannot log in to her account to do so.

She will not be available for a projected 5 years to receive the products and the answers to my previous questions are formulated and not responsive to my dilemma.

Added a new person to my account

Didn't receive bag that says it was delivered 12th of nov.

I have been an Ipsy customer for over a year this month I did not receive my Ipsy bag my glam bag it has been since the 12th when it said it was delivered but I never received it so I have now changed my shipping address I need and would like the bag that I paid for redelivered to me please and I cannot contact anyone so I'd appreciate a call back at 781-731-**** thank you

I was supposed to get my Ipsy glam bag on the 17th of this month it is currently the 25th. Ive never had something like this happen before and even though I know these are troublesome times Ive still gotten many other boxes shipped recently which just singles out the Ipsy bag

I selected my choice items for my November bag, was sent replacements without my prior consent or knowledge, contacted ipsy, they did not respond, also charged for an add on purchase, NEVER SENT!!!! CAN NOT GET ANY RESPONCE FROM IPSY

I cannot access my account. The account was set up with an incorrect email address and I'm being billed monthly and no access to cancel. There is no way to contact these people. This company is horrible for customer service, is in there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
