Return issue
I canceled my subscription 2 months ago and am still being charged with no product being delivered. I would like a refund as soon as possible.

STOLE MONEY HORRIBLE COMPANY
HORRIBLY COMPANY DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!! YOU CANNOT reach a real person, they only let you talk with a chat bot on their app and the have you send them an email about your issue and someone emails you back.
I logged into the app to shop on 11/18/25 and somehow it charged my card for a $40 membership box charm membership. I did not make the charge!!! I am familiar with the app I know wth I am doing! And in this case ( metaphorically, if I did accidentally do it they are still SO WRONG!!) I immediately cancelled it and reached out for a refund telling them I did not want a subscription I did not go and sign up for one I just went on the app to shop like I have done for years and told them to refund me and they refused.
They Said their policy is no refunds and they could not stop the shipment, The bag or whatever they are sending has not even shipped and wont for a while. UNTIL they send me and email letting me choose 3 of the things I want in my bag. I literally saw the charge in my bank as a warning pop up as a boxYcharm subscription from Ipsy, panicked went to the subscription membership part in the app, canceled within ONE minute of seeing it pop up in my bank, looked everywhere for a phone NUMBER to call IPSY, then chatted in the chat box , then sent two emails and they would not refund me. Would not let me speak with management.
I am having to do a bank dispute and they are having to investigate and I will get a temporary credit on Dec 4th ( ALMOST AN ENTIRE MONTH LATER) I have been a customer of IPSY for like 10-15 years as long as I can remember. Spent hundreds of dollars ON IPSY PRODUCTS AND MEMBERSHIP have had multiple subscriptions on and off throughout those years. They literally *** me. Im going to copy and paste what happened to me on every item they post for sale a little every day.
DO NOT BUY IPSY!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

I canceled my memberships within the strick guidelines. I was again charged!
So if I go to Walmart and place my cart item in the check out services hand and explain I no longer need that specific item I expect they would set it aside not moving any further with purchase. Purchase canceled. But if the service team at that company scan the item and place it in the bag when my head is turned, that is them stealing from me. I canceled my membership.
I put my phone down. Weeks later Ipsy scanned my card for a subscription that I had already given back to them.
Ipsy stole from me! I want my money back!

Charged for an annual membership
I was charged $388 for an annual subscription to Ipsy Extra, and I did not authorize this charge. It's absolutely impossible to get any help through their online system.
I'm so frustrated and upset. Who can afford this much money randomly coming out of their account in December? Not me.
I feel as if I'm stuck with this charge. I'm so upset.

I received the 12/25 subscription a few days ago.
I do not know if I will receive a 1/26 order or when. I am confused when I receive the monthly order and when I receive the larger order.
I feel the communication via Ipsy is not good and unclear.
Using their automated system takes too much time. I also am not getting emails to let me know much about which type subscription I will receive and when.

I want to cancell my membership, I want to not try to charge money in my card, please. In my application is inactive I dont understand for what reason try to charge money, I am not receiving products.

This is my fourth time canceling my Ipsy account. I want it canceled and a refund for the last four months.
I am on a fixed income, and I have explained this several times. I want my money back in my account today.
The email address is redasmith84@***.com. I am very, very upset; if it's not back in there, I am going to get a hold of the business bureau over this.
