I moved almost a year ago and my ipsy is still going to my old address. I put a xhange of address in and its still being left there. The people that live there are keeping them!! I need it canceled.

I couldn't talk to a live person. My ipsy bag has been going to my old address for a year and I can't get anyone to help me cancel my 10 year subscription!! HELP!!

I've been an ipsy customer for several years now . This is the 2nd Time this has happened the first time was like 3 years ago when one the kids I was babysitting had my phone playing games I was charged for stuff I didn't order it was a Lil over $100.

This time it was almost $400 an I was out of work so k for over a week so it was almost my entire pay heck ipsy has taken and they won't refund the money . I cancelled my subscription with them and they still charging me for boxes I not yet gotten and don't want .

They charged me for a year worth I don't even get the boxy charm I get them galm bag . Of I get the $16 every month why would I want the $30 box and pay a year in advance makes no sense
