Ship with a company I'm not familiar with. They delivered the package outside of my building.

I'm sure someone stole it, as I reside in an area where there's a lot of criminal activities.
Contact customer service and they sent out another bag.

Been a customer for almost 10 yrs and never had an issue other than getting dried out products or empties but never complained soooo... glad they didn't give me a hard time.
