Waiting for my ipsy glam bag plus that never arrived for july, emailed customer service and they refuse to look into it or resend me the items that never came. They claim its in transit even though tracking hasnt moved in 8 days. I want my box and the exact items that were to be in the box , i dont want substitutes or sample i want the box i ordered and already paid for that you refused to send

Ive been a long time ipsy customer and they just keep getting worse and worse. At least 5 times they have claimed to send my box but never did.

When reaching out to them, they have no phone number and ignore your emails until you down right stalk them. When they do reply they lie and dont even acknowledge what they have done. A month later still saying its in transit when the package never moved through tracking. They will not answer your questions or make it right.

Sometimes they randomly send items cheap junk you never ordered or asked for in its place hoping you dont contact them again. What kind of company does that. When they do decide to acknowledge and admit they never shipped they lie again claiming they are “sold out” even though those items are still for sale on their web page.

They refuse to fix their mistake and refuse to refund you. This is the absolute worst company ive ever dealt with
