I signed up with two credit cards. It only shows one card. So when I canceled, it only canceled one card. I try and try to contact by e mail and social media but get no where.

Ipsy - Difficulty canceling membership

I signed up about 4/5 months ago. I decided I wanted to cancel, so around Sept 10th went online and canceled my membership, received a confirmation, also rcvd e-mail, I noticed later that e- mail said I also needed to wait till last day of month to cancel again just to confirm. I forgot to do that. When I noticed I had not received anymore pkgs & didnt see any charges on my account I thought my membership had been canceled. Then last week I noticed their was charge of $12.99 on my account from Ipsy. Why am I being charged if I havent received pkg? Ipsy should not make it hard to cancel membership, this just leads to a frustrated, angry customer.

I have been a customer for over a year. I have moved and need to change my address! I cannot log in. There isn't even a way that I can change my username. I tried my email and I am guessing that isn't my username. And it says my password isn't correct, which I am guessing it says this because my username is wrong. I can only change my password, which I got a email w a temparory one. Still didn't work. To have a way to email or call the company would be wonderful!!!!

My account was supposed to be canceled. When I go to my account online it even says inactive but you guys just charged me $25 for if she Glam Bag plus. I don't want the bag I want my money back and I do not want an Ipsy subscription anymore please cancel it. I'm extremely frustrated and I'm unhappy

I ordered two bags of Ipsy I got my email saying it was placed than waited the next day to cancel my membership the company taken my conformation email and said that they taken my Ipsy bag away and refunded my money back into my bank account. Im so not happy about any of it.

The website is not user friendly! I have made several attempts thru the care link and get no response. I cancelled my yearly membership the following month and asked for refund and no more bags... I still keep getting them and no refund. I cancelled just like it tells me and it shows inactive....but still getting....this just gives them a reason to not give me a refund....poor poor customer service....

Ipsy - Virtually impossible to cancel a membership. Steps provided are NOT available on the page.

I think they purposefully make it as difficult as possible for a client to cancel membership. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
