According to Ipsy cancellation policy if you don't cancel your subscription before 12pm PT on the last day of the month, you'll be charged for next month's box.

According to Ipsy FAQs, you should get a tracking number for your Glam Bag when it is on its way. If you haven't received it on time, you should contact Ipsy customer support by email at support@IPSY.com or via Twitter.
