I have paid for and ordered my ipsy box for my daughter for her birthday for November and its a subscription to be monthly. It never arrived. I need to know where it is please- cant contact anybody without using a computer- no live agents

I have had to rewrite this several times. It could have been taken care of if you had customer service to answer the phone.
To me that in it's self is ridiculous. I want replacement for what I bought and paid for except one is no longer available.
In pictures below is what I want to replace. There is also a picture of tracking number on the box that got delivered today

I was trying to purchase the 25 days of the order that you were offering and I submitted and it look like it went through four times or didnt go through maybe it went through the first time and then the last time I hit submit button it said that there were issues with the credit card and that may be because it was not giving me any confirmations the first time I place the order Im truly not sure and Im trying to reach a live agent that could assist me with my purchase

I canceled my subscription over a year ago due to lack of financial ability and I have been relentlessly charged for the subscription even after canceling. Ive checked my account, it says its been cancelled and Ive tried their website help chat to no avail and When I called their number (which was way too hard to find) I got no answer. Such a scam!
