I accidentally placed an order for a 3-month subscription for my granddaughter, then realized that I was supposed to order the 6-month subscription. Since IPSY has no customer service, I had to get instructions through chat. They guided me to place a new order for the correct subscription, then told me that they cannot cancel the first order.

I got in touch with somebody through email Nobody answers that phone line and yes , they did solve my issue , so I will say i'm good now
I was supposed to be getting my November box and be able to select my three items for this month. It's not allowing me to do so, and it's also not allowing me to see if I'm going to get it this month.
And I was told by Ipsy that I was going to get the November box.
I have it in an email because they canceled my Ipsy icon subscription for my icon box without my permission. I wasn't able to get the other box 3 months ago, so they owe me this box.

I ordered 2 separate IPSY subscriptions for my nieces for Christmas. I ordered each of them a 1 year subscription.
To be clear there are 2 orders going to the same house for 1 year. The emails for both of the girls gifts accounts went to their mothers email so she could manage the questions for them (hnplote@***.com).

I am being told by their mother that she has spent numerous days going back and forth via email because there is no phone customer support for IPSY. She has told me because the two gifts are both sent to her email (hnplote@***l) that you can only do the one order for 2 years.
This is not acceptable. I am very disappointed that this is what has become of my gift to my nieces.
It was changed from 2 orders for 1 year each to 1 order for 2 years. That is not what I wanted. How can this be resolved? Do I need to cancel the one order or both?
Do I need to dispute the changes on my visa?
I want a phone call to clear this up.

The monthly boxes are great. But ordering individual items it’s not recommended because you don’t know when you’re gonna get them.
I put the order in on November 2 and it’s December 21 at least. Still have not received it.
Don't get me wrong, their monthly box is great. But when you order separate stuff, I've been waiting close to two months.
I'm getting very upset because it's next to Christmas and these were supposed to be Christmas gifts that I ordered on November 2 and I'm still waiting despite contacting the glam ball, in multiple emails. I can't get a straight answer and I'm getting so upset.

Missing items and difficulty with customer service
Ipsy's customer service is a joke. There is no phone number to talk to an actual person.
I kept on contacting customer service and I would get a new person each time through an email and they would not read the previous emails or even what I wrote to explain. They didn't refund me for my missing items and getting a response back took multiple days if even a responded back.
I kept getting the run around. I'm disappointed because I like product and would keep on purchasing but I just don't think I should be paying for something I never received.

It sees *** They offer you, don't *** use this service, a membership; you sign up. And then they decide to give you whatever they decide to give you.
And then they decide to charge you twice, yet have no customer service because they don't have the balls to talk to you.
And tell you they're robbing you, and I have no reach to actually cancel a subscription. So they just continue to keep robbing you.
