One day I noticed some transactions on my bank account that I was unaware of. And investigation I found that ipsy.com had debited my account on two previous occasions supposedly to deliver a glam bag to me which I never ordered. I immediately contacted ipsy via the only option available which was by email to which I never received a response. Today I noticed my bank account was low and looked at it and saw that if he had yet again devoted my account for some other crap that it says that I ordered which I did not. I again have emailed them since that is the only contact information I have and I'm still waiting a response and I need my money back.

I placed an order back in march and it was taken out my bank account and I’ve never received it and I can’t seem to speak with any one about it without going through a pile of *** to do so

Double charged

I have been double charged for 18 +months for a glam bag. I have received only one a month. I have tried to resolve this , matter but with no compliance with ipsy or anymore . I'm very tired of this company taking out this extra money a month. I'm getting ready to call BBB on this company and the matter at hand

Yes you know that I want to cancel my membership and they still took out emcees two payments this month also and I cannot afford it no I asked you to stop taking it out and I canceled my order and you have not done it yet

I stopped useing Ipsy several months ago and they still charge me every month even though I dont get the products anymore I even got online and canceled my subscription horrible company and when I try to get in touch with somone it never works nobody ever contacts me back but yet they still take money out of my account every freaking month

No phone, have to pay $1 to cancel and then they charge you for another subscription monthly. I am a senior citizen and will report them to the Better Business Bureau. What a rip-off.

Cancelled my account in September 2022 and was billed again on October 3, 2022. When I changed my address in November of 2021 I was billed monthly and did not receive any product.

User's recommendation: Don’t join this subscription service.

Cannot figure out how to cancel they just keep billing me, and billing me, and billing me!

I have recently retired and because of everythinh, and I mean EVERYTHING going up I am having to cut my expenses as much as possible.

I have enjoyed receiving a monthly box of beauty items, but just cant continue this membership. Also, when I began, my membership was under $10 and I currently pay $16.22. Please cancel me as of today 10-04-2022. I am appalled at the difficulty you have in place to cancel a membership. Because of this, I think your company stinks!!
