you just took money from me and I am a 15 year old girl I am a minor. And money just got taken from me without my consent there was no confirmation. And if I dont get that money back I will be going up to a higher power because that is over $200 almost 300 and I am in shakes I dont know what to do. And I know there is a possibility for me to get that money back so I dont want anyone to tell me there isnt because there is a way for me to get that money. I worked very hard for that money and I will be contacting someone if I do not get it back. I am in my room in tears and shakes and I do not know what to do because that is all the money I have. So I better receive the money back because this is terrible I am a minor and there was no confirmation before taking almost $300 out of my account. I have already cancelled the order right away so I want my money back I do not want the bag I didnt in the first place. User's recommendation: I would say do not use the app.

I feel you sister, I know when i read no refunds ,.. there was something wrong with this company.

Its my fault. I was dumn enough to give them my bank card, they gotcha. and I know they need to be dealt with.

I bet no one steps up and does not next right thing. They suck

Ipsy charge me for $13.19 on May 1. Then charge me the same day for $16.47. so why am being charged twice and just get a ipsy bag. I don't understand why. Could someone please help me out on this. Because this doesn't make sense to me at all. I just don't get it. Just frustrated. With all this mess.

I’ve been treated very badly recently buy several representatives at IPSY and I’m a long-standing customer

I had an account for years and I closed it for a couple of months because I thought I couldnt afford it anymore. I spent thousands over the years. I love the products I love getting the boxes every month. I missed it so much that I open a new account But because I had opened a new account I had trouble with receiving emails and text messages from IPSY because I think I confuse the system having two accounts even though one was active it was one wasnt. What I did was I ordered a glam bag with the new account and then I canceled my account and I contacted FC care to make sure that account was canceled and then I reactivated my new account and bought the April boxy charm but by the time if secure got back to me days later they had canceled my orders so I paid another $29 for a second April boxy charm and they canceled that one and then I paid for a third one and they canceled that one And it took forever for me to get my refunds back but the point was is that they didnt seem to care of how much they had messed up my account to where I cant even get my membership back. All Im trying to do is get my Boxee charm membership back and it says not active and I cant activate it on my end it Hass to be done by them and I asked them to do that several times and they just ignore me and tell me I have a one time credit for a May boxy charm and for a while on my old page it was saying my mailbox which I would be coming soon, but now it says youre not a member , if you want to you can join now, but then I will get charged again and Im not supposed to get charged for the May boxy charm. I wrote to them. I still havent heard back. All I want to do is get my account active again so I can also get the icon boxes because Ive been with IPSY for so long. Ive had every glam bag ex from the very beginning when Khloé Kardashian was a fierce first curator of the boxes And I know theyve merged with another kind a cut company and now its the icon box but my account is so screwed up that I cant even receive boxes or orders because theyve canceled everything and they refuse to answer my emails or fix my account and I dont understand why? What have I done to be treated like human garbage? I had to drive spending $120 on bags for this month and I received one $13 glam bag with items I couldnt even use and then I spent over $100 in the shop buying items because I wasnt getting a Glam Bag Plus/boxy charm. They dont care anymore if youre a loyal customer something is changed because they dont seem to care. Ive never had a problem with Customer Service in the 34 years Ive been with IPSY , but now Im having problems and I cant even get my account activated so white I have to open yet a third account now just to be able to get what I need? Its ridiculous and its hurtful. User's recommendation: Be very careful on what you order, bags, you pause, etc. because something is changed within the company where Customer Service really isn’t here for us. I’ve been royally screwed, and I’ve been nothing but kind and just ask them to fix my account, and after a month of dealing with this, it’s still isn’t fixed.
