Refund for products

I cancelled my order, and you guys still charged me for another month. I want my refund, and I think it's ridiculous that I can't even talk to a customer service representative.

Now, my card has been frozen, and there is going to be an investigation from my bank. This has been a huge inconvenience to me.

Furthermore, I have to go to my bank now to unfreeze my account. I don't know what kind of service you provide, but if someone cancels their subscription, you should comply with that.

I was a member for a long time I canceled because yall kept sending the same things lotta face creams and face oils. You went away from the make up and theres things that you would never send that you advertise.

I know Im older, but I dont need that many face creams mask, and things like that. I did it for the make up.

I started back my membership, but I dont believe Im gonna keep it because the box Im getting once again is nothing but basically facial creams and facemask and its very offensive when Im older and thats what you feel. I need.

I need a refund for my last purchase that was charged from my account. It was deducted yesterday for $56.67 and I didn't authorize this payment.

I was trying to purchase the 25 days of the order that you were offering and I submitted and it look like it went through four times or didnt go through maybe it went through the first time and then the last time I hit submit button it said that there were issues with the credit card and that may be because it was not giving me any confirmations the first time I place the order Im truly not sure and Im trying to reach a live agent that could assist me with my purchase

I am 60 years old so I've had a fair amount of experience with different customer service situations. Ipsy by FAR is the WORST customer service I have ever come across

The experience I had is too involved and complicated to write about here. In a nutshell, I was charged $177 on my credit card and was not even asked if I was interested in another year.

I am entitled to at least a partial reimbursement. As it turns out, I cannot afford another year and had a *** of a time trying to take care of this. I didn't receive my last two bags which I am paying for. In the end, I still don't know if my subscription was cancelled, I don't know if I will get any reimbursement, No one to talk to about my two bags that I never received.

I tried to call the number of PissedCustomer and was just touted right back to the ridiculous bots that don't help at all.

An EXTREMELY frustrating experience with absolutely no resolution!!! Do NOT get involved with Ipsy!
