Cannot cancel my membership

I have texted and emailed at least 10x for cancellation. I keep getting the same response, that being to log into my acct. and follow the directions. However, because I do not know my password, I cannot log into my account and the button you press for help with getting your password, does not send you any help via email. So what am I to do. No phone numbers. One doesnt let you leave a message and the corporate number just gives a fast busy sound. I am being held hostage by a cosmetic firm ! !!!!!!!@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@!@!@!@!@!@@@@

Continued billing after cancelation

I cancelled my account they confirmed it and the following month they billed me again. I don't understand how a company can get away with that.

My first choice for November bag was Anastasia Beverly Hill lipgloss in Moon Jelly....I did not get this...instead it seems I got two sharp tape....by Tarte...Im sad because I dont use this product and I very much wanted to try the Anastasia lip gloss...can this be sent in my December bag please....it also shows a nail polish by Mischo.that I did not get and would like to have tried....thank you for your attention to this matter...,Gayle McIntee....email ...............mcinteegayle@***.com

I wanted to cancel my account and I got charged for a whole year. I have tried to contact someone and Im not getting a reply back. I havent even gotten my money back or received my Ipsy bag, since I was charged for it. Theres no number to call and talk to someone about it. Im very upset about it and want answers.

Want to cancel membership

I'm being charged for products I'm not receiving and when I do receive one or two are missing, items are opened and I didn't want but one glam bag plus a month . Another thing I can never sign in to my account always saying password is wrong will not let me reset!Do not want to be charged any more money I do not want to pay for something I am not getting!

I was supposed to get a package but it was returned to sender without my consent but its been a while since I havent gotten it so I checked the tracking on it and it said that it was returned to the sender Ive been waiting almost 2 months for it.

Cancel the account since August

Ive canceled this account since August have not received any any bags or make up kit from yall then and now, and I seen my account yall been charging me since August, September, October, November. You guys need to Refund me all the money that had charge my account since August till November!
