I "was" a glam bag subscriber. I will be again in the future once I've completely switched banks.
I had to close my subscription because my bank was illegally processing the payment on the wrong date resulting in (illegal) bank fees. I contacted IPSY to let them know why I was cancelling my subscription at this time, on a Sunday. Within 3 hours on the same Sunday I received one of the most heartfelt responses I have ever seen, for something that is in no way their fault.
They were nearly apologizing to me about MY bank being completely rude and unprofessional. I was impressed so much by their care and response that I will be signing back up again once I find a bank that isn't out to rob me.
