February 1st, I was charged for my monthly subscription. I received an email 2/12/19 later stating that my package had shipped and would arrive around the 15th of the month.
on the 20th I checked the tracking link that was supplied by Ipsy. It still showed the general check in information from 2/12/19 and nothing further. I then emailed the company and was told to "be patient" and only to contact them if my package hadn't arrived after 10 business days. I have advised them in every email that I do not want to go into the March billing cycle having not received the product that I had paid for in February.
(I work hard for my money and the $10 monthly fee is a luxury to me)
I emailed them again yesterday 2/25/19, again advising that my shipment had still not arrived. I received yet another placating email stating that they were "sorry" and that they would re-send me the missing shipment. However, after re-reading yesterday's email, I noted that they had also stated that the new shipment wouldn't be sent for another 5-7 business days! This means that the new shipment won't be sent until after the first of the month, which means that I'm going to be yet again charged for product that I most likely won't receive.
I again reached out to Ipsy via email this morning letting them know that waiting 5-7 business days to send me the shipping information.
Shipping information!? Why should it take 5-7 days to send me shipping information when it only takes 3 days to mail a package to my home?
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $10.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
